Jacob Meranda is a partner at the law firm of Cohen and Siegel. He graduated with honors from Wagner College in New York City with a degree in political science and economics.
Jacob attended law school at the University of Wisconsin. during law school he interned at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, with the Wisconsin State Court of Appeals, and worked to obtain unemployment benefits for unemployed workers.
He is a member of numerous bar associations including the New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, and the workers injury law and advocacy group where he sits on the membership committee.
Jacob received the Phyllis Andors Award for scholarship in political science and economics at Wagner College. He was named one of the nation’s top Injured Workers attorneys by WILG for 2018.
When he is not working, Jacob is playing golf or rowing with his family in Westchester County.
Jacob lives in Westchester with his wife Andrea.
